We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team.
The candidate will have proven experience in medical device sales of capital equipment .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centres, purchasing departments and medical engineering
- Sales of cutting-edge capital medical devices, focusing on operating room applications
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to healthcare teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products
Requirements:
- Relevant academic degree
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
- Valid driver’s license
- High level of English

Role Overview:
- Sell advanced surgical medical equipment to hospitals and clinics
- Provide technical support and product training to surgeons and nurses, including in operating rooms
- Manage the full sales cycle with institutional clients
- Conduct negotiations with procurement departments
- Represent the company at professional conferences
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Preference for experience in medical device sales, especially surgical equipment
- Academic degree – required
- High-level English proficiency – required
- Valid driver’s license – required
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours
- Advantage: Clinical background (paramedic/nurse), familiarity with hospital systems
